Day 137.

Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.
-Michael Jordan

So yeah, a little confused on what day it was yesterday.
Haha.
I must be getting old.
Anyways Happy Christmas Eve's Eve....again.

Today is going to be a good day.
I had poprocks for Breakfast.
They were DELICIOUS.
And then I had bacon and toast for lunch.
:)

Oh, so our Christmas is kind of falling apart. Haha. Camila was supposed to cook the main meal, but she isn't coming now, so we have no main meal. And all I can find on the internet is turkey ideas, and I honestly don't want to cook a turkey again. Anyone have any EASY, let me stress the word easy, EASY ideas for a Christmas meal for 9-10 people?? Aunt Sheila?

Haha.
Don't think we are doing anything today.

Hi Emily!

I found a really easy chicken recipe in one of my cookbooks. It is Chicken Parmesan. You just dip chicken breasts or tenders in butter, then in a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, and bake it in the oven. If you are interested in that, let me know, and I will give you more details. What kind of meat were you thinking about? Would you rather use hamburger meat? If so, maybe you could make something Mexican. If you do, let me know, and I can hook you up with some easy recipes.

Love you tons,

Aunt Sheila

Dearest Em!

Happy Christmas Eve Eve! Six inches of lovely white snow everywhere here. Do you have snow there? Have you seen Northern Lights yet?

We're going to have Christmas here with Wes's dad and brother - don't even know what we're doing or eating yet - so diff from our Cornelius family, huh? You know your mom and my mom and Aunt Anna have had the menu planned for two weeks!! :)

Hope it's a special day for you tomorrow, Christmas Eve.

XOXOXO
Rachelle
