“The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned.”
-Maya Angelou
Sometimes I miss Texas, because when it seemed like life was just not working...that sounds not like I want it to...but anyways, I always had a place to go to have time to get away from everything, and just be able to breathe fresh air.
Aka Happy.
But now I don't have a place like that :(
Edna, I only have two weeks off for Christmas, but that is enough for me. It will be nice to have a break again. Even though I don't really do much during the day anyways. Hahaha.
Not sure yet what I am going to do for New Years. I think I am going to go to Oslo, but I don't know yet.
Nahuel is coming here to Hamar for the last time today. Aw, it's so sad, we just met him, and now he's leaveing. :(
Sooner that's going to be us. That is really scary. I guess we are going to go to JB's and eat some French Pancakes, that aren't called pancakes, and when I do call them pancakes, JB threatens to kill me. Ohh those French. They are so funny. And Camila is going to make some Brazilian candy that is pretty rocking awesome.
Well I am going to eat now.
Love to all,
Emilyy

Good morning! You know I sometimes think when people come and go in our lives - even those we just met - it means growth for us. Especially if we are fond of that person or they have become a really dear friend. It enlarges our heart. I always remember the story about the child who wanted a stretchy heart - the more people we come to know, the bigger our heart becomes. You heart is becoming very large (for such a little girl)! Enjoy your time in Norway, it's going to be over before you know it and it will make you grow, too! Love you, Pam
