Day 34.

A Day we will always remember.

Today is a good day, its FRIDAY!! seems like yesterday was Friday. haha. i love Fridays. I gave a speech on Texas and Bushland today. That was fun. I only have one class today, because I dont have to go to Norwegian class because of the fact that I am going to learn Norwegian. hahaha. that sounds so goofyyy. lol.

I am going to go to Sarah's church. im not sure what religion she is. I am hoping to be able to go to meeting sometime later within this month. Next week I will be south of Oslo, but I will be at language camp.

hmm i dont have anymore amazing news. we had tutoring yesterday, that is frustrating cuz it goes so fast. its just like AHHHH. you know how that goes. or maybe you dont, i dont know.

Now i am in English. Well have been the whole time.

I'm really bored.

Annyywayyys. I'm learning how to be a Norwegian foreign exchange student. mwahaha. life is funnn.

Jean-Baptist is weird. haha just kidding. hes reading this. so i felt like putting that. i am so bored today. but it is a good day. and im just really tired, and want to go home and sleep. but i must stay at school.

OMG I LOVE NORWEGIAN WAFFLES. i like to eat them everyday. :) yes they rock.

My host father made me very angry last night. I wanted to punch him, but I didnt. Anyways he was like bashing our military. and our country. and then when I asked him politely to drop the subject because it was offending me, he tried to defend himself by saying that Martha was from the US and that blahblahblah. But he wouldnt drop it, so I just ignored him and didnt reply to anything he said. Honestly, I love the US and I loved President Bush, yeah he made some mistakes, but seriously he had a lot of people that had to pass what he did. He is just the one that got all the crap for it. Anyways. He made me angry. And none of that really made sence.

hope everyone is doing good.
love yall,
Emily

I'm glad you love Norwegian waffles, and I'm glad you had a good Friday, and I'm glad you posted the picture you did today, and I'm GLAD YOU LOVE YOUR COUNTRY!!

By the way, how is the other speech/report coming that you have to do for Rotary? Can't wait to see it!! :-)

I, too, am very glad it is Friday. I get to take my call phone back to work!! Luckily, I was never called out after working so many hours on Sunday and Monday, which is a good thing, because I am REALLY tired.

Love you, Em!! Have a great weekend! Have you gotten the box I sent yet?

Hey Emily, Good to hear that you still have an appetite for somethings, like norwegian waffles. What makes them different from american waffles? Maybe we should try some this weekend, if I knew how to fix them. Send me a recipe on my email. are you still taking Spanish? How is that going? I am glad that you are learning to be a good foreign exchange student. Do get to hear from the girl on Oslo, that is from Lubbock? Can yall talk on the phone?
Loved the picture you posted this morning. Our flag is flying outside. Love you, daddy
