I biked to school. I almost died. It was funny.
Today we (the exchange students) are going to do something and then I am going to go to Anja's family's house.
I miss Bushland today. I miss lunch time anyways.
My English teacher asked me to give a presentation about the American/Texan school system, so I will do that on Friday! I'm actually kinda excited for that.
I am in photography class right now. I like my teacher. He is nice. He kinda reminds me of Santa's cousin. Bahaha.
How are yall doing?

Wow, can you believe that you are already on day 30? One whole month is GONE!! I slept in today till almost 8. Felt good! Today I want to get some things done around the house, maybe even wash some windows.
Glad you got a bike -- guess you'll soon be in better shape than any of us. Riding it this winter will be interesting, though. Speaking of winter, I wonder if I need to order you some boots to get shipped over there. I think your feet are going to get very frosty!!
Love you, love you!!

Good morning Emily,
Nice to read your blog this morning and hope your presentation on the school system and TEXAS goes great. Give us a good name. :-)))))
We had a wonderful day yesterday, meeting was here and then we had potluck which we had more food than Furrs. No not quite. Eddie & Phyllis, Joe & Anna, Aunt Ruth and Sherlyn, Bruce & I. That was our crowd. Small but nice. For the first time I made Chicken Tortuga, and it did turn out good.
Carl wrote us that he will have a Dr.'s appointment tomorrow in Amarillo and on the 11th he has one in Lubbock. Wish we could see him before he leaves as this will be the last time in this area. I know your folks probably told you he is going to Florida to labor. We will miss him.You may already know this, but Emmy will go to Wisconsin, Loren to Indiana and Illinois, Andrea to Lebadon (sp), Diane to Colorado, and Carl to Florida. Wonder who we will have this year.
I am like your mom I slept in, woke up at 8:30. I did wake up when Bruce had to go to work at 5 but the second time around was nice. It doesn't make any sense for Bruce to go to work as all the parts places are closed so they can't get parts for their mechanic work.
Will need this to be all for now, as I am way behind this morning but who cares.
We love you Emily, and have good days ahead.
Love Bruce & Edna
